In fact, if you don’t you may not see a result at all or it will take far more time for you to see a result and no one wants that!

You need to know that there is a difference between the burning sensation you feel while working out and an injury as well as the difference between that pain and sore after workouts. When a pain is felt as a sharp pain or intense pain during a workout it’s a good thing to stop and or lessen the load. You don’t need a lot of resistance to build muscle. But you also don’t need an injury. The burn during a workout is good to push through and a soreness afterwards without sharp intense localized pain means you have had a successful workout that broke down muscle tissue and now it is on the repair.

Ways to boost the workout and make the pain less intense

  • Stretching is the most important thing you can do for a workout and yet it is normally ignored. Making the muscles warm and the tendons limber and loose is the best thing you can do to cut down the pain.
  • Protein and water can be had in one shot. Buy some natural organic Chia seeds or Hemp seeds and put them is liquid. They taste great in orange juice or smoothies or just plain water. Hemp is the only plant that has the protein of a steak because it has omega 3 and 6 as well as amino fatty acids.
